How do I submit a support request?

Rethink Workflow has a built-in support request feature directly on our UI.

FUN FACT: We are "eating our own dog food" here. The support request is actually one of the workflows designed directly on Rethink Workflow.

Whenever you need help or want to suggest a new feature, take the following steps to contact us:

1. Click on the feedback icon on the top right of your screen:

2. Provide the details of your support request and click SUBMIT

Depending on your current subscription plan, we will be addressing your request in the queue and communicate with you directly via our interface.

How do I change the name of the documents in dashboard?

One of our customers asked:

In this tutorial, we will show you the steps to change the name of the document (or form) that shows everywhere including dashboard.

In design mode, assuming that you already have a form with the estimatedCost as a number field.

On Variant tab, you can enter an expression in Document Name to include one of this field placeholders (e.g. {{estimatedCost.formatted}}) as in the video below:

Save and Publish your workflow and create a new document from it, you will see the document name generated according to the setup.

How to impersonate someone in your organization?

As an administrator, Rethink Workflow allows you to impersonate someone within your organization.

This feature is particularly useful when you want to test a workflow design, or when someone in your organization is stuck on something, and you want to provide support.

The following screenshots demonstrate the steps in which Jackson Miller (domain administrator) impersonates Bradly Karner (an employee) and later switch back to his own account.

1. Jackson Miller opens the sidebar menu and clicks on Impersonate

2. Jackson Miller search and click on Bradly Karner to impersonate him

3. Jackson Miller can perform any action as Bradly Karner
4. Jackson Miller then switch back to his account
