Job Application

Job Application Workflow Template allows candidates to apply for a position in your organization. The candidate will fill out the form with their contact information and be able to upload a resume.




  1. Document Owner: the candidate applying for the position
  2. Hiring Coordinator: the hiring coordinator who will receive the submitted application


  1. When a new application submitted, the system sends out a confirmation to the candidate and a notification to the hiring coordinator
  2. When an action is taken on the application including Accept or Reject, a notification is sent to the candidate.
